In the spacious living room you will find a comfortable futon bed on a second level, which ensures restful nights, as well as a bunk bed in a separate small room, ideal for children or other guests. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining table for 4 people in the living room.

For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest, and towels and bed linen are of course included. In the bathroom you will find a relaxing bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bath after an eventful day.

The apartment is on the second floor, which offers you a certain level of privacy and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. A special highlight is the parking space in the inner courtyard, which is available to you during your stay. The driveway is approximately 180cm wide, which is suitable for a Golf or similar vehicles, but not for larger vehicles such as a VW bus.

The apartment is located in a side street between the harbor and Nordermarkt, making it idyllic and quiet despite the central location. Flensburg's Nordermarkt is basically the culinary center of the city, everything you could wish for is represented here. From cafés and restaurants to fish sandwiches, nothing is left to be desired. Directly in front of the front door is the pier for the historic excursion steamer "Alexandra" on one side and Flensburg's shopping street begins on the other, which extends from Nordermarkt to Südermarkt and even further into Rote Straße. There are two very good bakeries practically on the doorstep, which can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and ensure a good start to the day.

You can also go on trips to the surrounding area without your own car. On the one hand, from the pier of the saloon steamer "Alexandra" or from the central Flensburg bus station, which can be reached in a few minutes. With your own car you can quickly reach the numerous beaches and a trip to Denmark can also be started; the Danish border can be reached after about 15 minutes. The popular e-scooters, which you can easily rent using an app, are also brand new in Flensburg.
